ECCF is an excellent charitable vehicle for donors who wish to contribute to the legacy of Elizabethton Carter County, both now and in the future. ECCF provides endowment options which result in grants for local projects, programs, and organizations. ECCF operates via a local advisory board of community volunteers who decide when, where, and how to accomplish impact in and for Elizabethton/Carter County.
