Bee Cliff Cabins are a collection of fourteen fully-furnished cabins nestled in the Cherokee National Forest beside the Watauga River and just minutes away from Watauga Lake. Owners Norine and John Allen invite you to be their guest and enjoy fishing, hiking, boating and outdoor fun that makes the Appalachian Mountains famous.

The Barn at Bee Cliff was designed & built by owner John Allen & was completed in 2020 after two years of labor & love. It is nestled on the banks of the Watauga River, right under the Bee Cliff. It has a hay loft for extra table seating  & a covered porch.   John’s handicraft can be seen throughout the space which includes several different types of wood including cedar, knotty pine, red oak, ash & poplar, most recycled from an old church. The soaring ceiling (30 ft high!) is accented by trusses that are strung with decorative lights. Massive garage doors open the space to the outside & the Barn is cooled by the natural air from the Watauga River. Several choices for an outdoor ceremony surround the Barn. The river bank has many beautiful photo ops. The Hen house is for the bride and her party to get ready and a bullpen for the groomsmen to hangout. THere are price packets for different options.
